The quality judgment of glass bottles distinguishes several elements: the completeness has to go through a series of tests such as cold explosion test and internal stress test. But when we got a glass wine bottle with a lubricated and bright body, no color difference, no rotten threads at the mouth, and no obvious defects in the thickness of the bottom of the bottle, it was considered a qualified glass bottle.
Looking at the glass bottle against the bright light, there are rows of small bubbles on the bottle body. The direct result of this situation is that the internal stress of the glass wine bottle is not good. This is mainly due to the low temperature of the condensation pool. The glass material liquid is not condensed sufficiently. Attributed to a serious quality problem, it is assumed that the surface of the mold has not been used for a long time, or the surface of the mold has been oxidized, or the mold surface may adhere to some impurities. It will make the glass bottle made with slight unevenness.
Although it does not substantially affect the quality, it severely affects the appearance.
